Clean Mold and Contain Spores
Our technicians are certified and trained to clean mold properly without spreading spores into unaffected areas in your home. We take the following steps to ensure the most effective removal:
- Personal protective equipment is used to protect our
employees from exposure - Containment chamber is built and air leaks are blocked to prevent spores from escaping
- Negative air machine is used to pressurize the chamber and manage air flow
- Dehumidifier will dry home without spreading spores
- Clean or remove and dispose non-salvageable or contaminated items
- HEPA vacuum contaminated area and items to remove spores not seen with the human eye
- Antimicrobial and biocide agents are sprayed to inactivate or kill any microorganisms

Dry Home to Prevent Mold Growth
We maintain a large inventory of specialty drying equipment including the following:
- Air filtration & scrubbers to prevent cross contamination
- Air movers to increase velocity and the rate of drying
- Dehumidifiers to remove moisture from air and recirculate dry air
- Ducted drying system to dry inside walls, ceilings, and under cabinets
- Wood floor drying system to dry under floors and subfloors
- Heaters & generators to add energy to the air and increase the rate of drying
Not only will we install specialty drying equipment, but we will remove non-restorable materials such as drywall, insulation, baseboards, linoleum, etc. to increase the rate of drying.
A certified and trained estimator will inspect your home regularly to ensure that your home is drying as quickly as possible.
The scope of work, relative humidity of the air, moisture content levels, and overall drying progress will be documented. Digital pictures are taken to evidence the affected areas, structural damage, and damaged contents, if applicable. In addition, the estimator will do the following:
- Ensure that the most effective drying method is used — disruptive versus aggressive
- Make adjustments to drying equipment (type, how much and placement), if necessary
- Determine what structural materials are non-restorable by weighing costs of replacement versus drying
